The Endocrinology and Metabolism is the official journal of the Korean Endocrine Society. It is published on a bimonthly basis with articles in English accepted through the process of peer review. The official title of the journal is ‘Endocrinology and Metabolism’ and the abbreviated title is ‘Endocrinol Metab (EnM)’. We have published the journal entitled Journal of the Korean Endocrine Society (J Korean Endocrine Soc, pISSN 1015-6380) since 1986. Its title has been changed to Endocrinology and Metabolism since 2010 (pISSN 2093-596X, eISSN 2093-5978). Index words from the medical subject headings (MeSH) list of Index Medicus are included in each article to facilitate article searches. The Journal is also published on the official website of the EnM (https://www.e-enm.org/) and is widely distributed to members of the Korean Endocrine Society, medical schools, libraries, and international institutions. It is indexed in KoreaMed, KoMCI, KoreaMed Synapse, KCI, MEDLINE, PubMed, PubMed Central, Scopus, Ebsco, DOI/CrossRef, CAS, Embase, DOAJ, ScienceCentral, Google Scholar, and Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE).
