Values are expressed as mean±SEM. At the 2- and 4-week trials, no difference was observed between MPEP-treated B6 mice versus the saline-treated B6 controls. However, among BTBR mice, MPEP treatment resulted in a significant increase in motor performance during the 4-week trial, compared to saline-treated BTBR controls. The rotating speed was 5 rpm.
